The network is there for colleagues whenever they need it, with mentoring, career development advice and support. It also plays an important role in making sure we meet LGBTQ+ customers’ needs, and in working across the LGBTQ+ community to support a range of different initiatives. Each of our Colleague Networks at Tesco Bank work towards our strategy of increasing representation, role modelling inclusion and using our voice, and working to elevate the voices of our underrepresented colleagues to share their stories.
Pride
Pride events are an important part of our calendar, with colleagues across the Bank taking part. This year our LGBTQ+ at Tesco Bank Colleague Network supported colleagues in the celebration of local Pride Events, namely Edinburgh, and Northern Pride as well as successful internal and external promotion of LGBTQ+ History Month, focusing on colleague life experiences and what we can all learn from each other.
